Upload proprietary third-party information without permission

5. Reports, Insights, and Limitations
5.1 Informational use

Reports are not certification, compliance, or “carbon neutral” proof
Results are based on user inputs and modelling assumptions

You must not use outputs for:

8. Payment & Billing (Non-Pilot)
If the Platform introduces paid services:

Payments may be processed through Stripe or similar third-party gateways
Fees are non-refundable once service delivery begins
Subscription services renew unless cancelled
9. Third Party Links & Integrations
The Platform may use or reference:

These services operate under their own terms.
We are not responsible for their performance or availability.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for losses arising from use of assessments or reports
